This is a web application I created while I worked for Jones, Lang, LaSalle around 2017. At the time, coworking spaces like WeWork were booming across the U.S. I wanted users to be able to visualize trends in flexible/coworking space from a real estate perspective.

The app shows how coworking has expanded across the US over the past 20 years. It also allows users to query data at the metro level to explore local trends in coworking, including lease date, size, tenant, and broker.
